A newly acquired office in Norridge/Jefferson Park area of Chicago is looking for a fun new dental assistant to join the team! It’s a family owned practice, relaxed environment, no drama and with an hour lunch break.

Long standing patient base that likes to conversate during their appointments and get to know the staff and give it an overall family feel.

Competitive wage based on experience. Cross trained with reception work is a huge plus or at least the desire to learn it.

Owners looking to modernize and grow the practice and elevate everyone that starts out with them so lots of opportunity for vertical growth!

Looking for a leader who takes pride in their work, to take charge and set the tone. Our goal is to empower this new hire to eventually become lead assistant and possibly manager of the clinic, should they want it down the line. 

Skills

Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred.
Proficiency in dental assisting techniques and knowledge of infection control standards.
Familiarity with medical imaging technologies and 3D scanning is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus, showcasing an ability to work with children.
Spanish speaking is a plus
